When you place an order through ChewChatter, we use WhatsApp's messaging system to connect you directly with the business. Here's how it works:

  1. When you click "Confirm Order" on ChewChatter, we create a pre-formatted message with your order details
  2. Your browser then attempts to open WhatsApp using a special WhatsApp API link
  3. Once WhatsApp opens, you'll see your order message ready to send
  4. You must manually send the message to complete your order

⚠️ Important: Clicking "Confirm Order" on ChewChatter does not automatically place your order with the business. The order is only placed when you successfully open WhatsApp and send the message to the business. This process is designed this way due to WhatsApp's security measures, which protect users by requiring manual confirmation of all messages.

If WhatsApp isn't opening when you click to confirm your order, don't worry! This is usually due to browser settings or app permissions that need to be adjusted. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve common issues that prevent WhatsApp from opening properly.

🔧 Enable Pop-ups for Your Browser

🤖 Android Devices

Chrome Browser

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner
  3. Go to Settings > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects
  4. Make sure pop-ups are allowed for the ChewChatter website

Samsung Internet
